Thanks for the contribution and screenshots provided.

After review, this PR appears to make mostly visual/style adjustments without addressing a clearly scoped issue or introducing a substantial improvement over the current implementation. Similar responsive skill-strip/layout changes have already been proposed and discussed in other PRs, and merging multiple overlapping CSS-only changes can create maintenance conflicts.

Additionally:

No linked issue or concrete bug reproduction was provided
Changes are broad styling tweaks rather than a focused fix
The current UI already behaves similarly to the submitted screenshots
This may conflict with ongoing/refined skill-strip responsiveness work

Closing this PR for now to avoid overlapping CSS modifications. Feel free to open a more focused PR tied to a specific reproducible UI bug/issue.
